Event: New Meetup - Intro to Bulletproof and Biohacking Jan 12th
Welcome curious and seasoned biohackers alike! Join Bulletproof Human Performance Coach, Jules Zoetmulder and Bulletproof Coach-in-Training, Kristi Wiggins, for our first meetup. We will talk about why we put butter in our coffee or tea and what put us on this path to wellness. We will also demo and sample Bulletproof coffee and some snacks that keep your energy going strong all day long.
We're happy to share some of our favorite bio "hacks" with you and answer any questions. Biohacking is the process of making changes to your lifestyle in order to “hack” your body’s biology and feel your best. Our foods, our thoughts, level of activity — all affect how we feel. Through biohacking, you can empower yourself to transform your body so that you feel more energized, become focused instead of foggy and, overall, feel like the best possible version of yourself. There is a small fee for the event to cover the costs of our venue and supplies.
